As DEI’s Finance and HR Manager, Rita is responsible for:
- Processing accounts payable, invoicing and collections
- Managing financial relationships with member radio stations and vendors
- Overseeing contracts with partner organizations and grantors
- Managing PMDMC registrations
- Human resources

Rita has a degree in Finance and Insurance/Risk Management. Her background involves six years small business management as well as four years in financial hardship analysis.

She has been a member of the DEI Team since 2007. Excelling in both finance and human resources responsibilities, Rita is especially effective in developing efficient processes, company policies and strengthening DEI’s customer relations functions.  Please call Rita when information is needed regarding station membership or vendor financial matters, status of grants, invoices and payments.
