DEI's Acquisition List Co-Ops

The Acquisition List Co-Ops are among DEI's most popular services.  DEI Member Stations are invited to join the DEI Acquisition List Co-op and save thousands of dollars, while adding hundreds of new members!

If you're unsure about why you should pursue Acquisition Direct Mail in the first place, read this brief article.

If you are concerned about determining your zip ranges for mailing, or if you want to target your mailings more finely, participate in the DEI/DMW Geo Mapping Service. For more information review the details of the Service or contact Virginia Dambach.  In order to inform your list acquisition decisions, register for the geo-mapping service at least a month in advance of the List co-op registration deadline.

To participate in any acquisition direct mail production co-op you MUST register to participate in the List Co-oP by the deadlines indicated.

12 March - 15 June - Approved mail date rang

  • 15 February - List files delivered to station/mailer for merge/purge processing
  • 12 March - 15 June, 2012 - Approved mail date range

FALL 2012 Co-Op Dates
27 August - 14 December, 2012 Approved Mail Date Range

  • 20 April - last date to register and submit member count by zip files for GEO MAPPING
  • 18 May - Absolute last day to register for Acquisition Co-Op names for use 12 March - 15 June, 2012
  • 30 May - Last day to withdraw from co-op without penalty.
  • 8 June - final day to submit performance results from previous mailings for inclusion in list count recommendation spreadsheet
  • 21-22 June, 2012 - List Counts to stations
  • 26 June - 12 noon Central - Absolute last day to place order
  • 6 August - List files delivered to station/mailer for merge/purge processing
  • 27 August - 14 December, 2012 - Approved mail date range

WINTER 2012/13 Co-Op Approved Mail Date Range
2 January - 8 March 2013

  • 20 August - last day to register and submit member count by zip code for GEO MAPPING
  • 28 September - absolutely last day to register for Acquisition Co-Op names for use 2 January - 8 March 2012
  • 5 Oct - Last day to withdraw from co-op without penalty.
  • 9 Oct - final day to submit performance results from previous mailings to inform list recommendations
  • 30 Oct - 1 Nov - List Counts to stations
  • 5 Nov - 12 noon Central - Absolute last day to place order
  • 30 Nov - List files delivered to station/mailer for merge/purge processing
  • 2 January - 8 March 2013 - Approved mail date range
